«Ludito»Application privacy policy (mobile
applications for iOS and Android platforms)
This Policy establishes the specifics of the collection and processing by
SAB-GAMES LLC (hereinafter referred to as the «Company») of data of
individuals - users of the «Ludito» Application (including the mobile
applications for iOS and Android platforms, hereinafter referred to as the
«Application»).
This document («Policy») is an integral part of the Public Offer on the use of
the Application. This Policy applies solely to information that has been obtained
by «Ludito» as a result of the use of the Application by Users.
When downloading and installing the Application, the User fully accepts the
terms and conditions of this Policy and expresses his voluntary definite consent
to the processing of personal data in the manner and for the purposes described
in this Policy. If the User does not agree with this Policy, «SAB-GAMES» asks
them to refuse to download the Application.
«SAB-GAMES» has the right to unilaterally make changes to this Policy,
informing the User about it by publishing these changes in the «Ludito»
application in the “information messages” section in the Application’s interface.
1.General
1.1. Information received and used by Users as well as the purposes of
its use.
Within the framework of this Privacy Policy, the User's information is
understood as personal information that the User independently provides to the
«Ludito» when creating an account or registering, such as a phone number, full
name, gender, etc., including information gathered in the process of using the
Application (data on the number of game sessions and points in the
leaderboard); as well as automatically transmitted data gathered in the process
of using the Application, including, but not limited to: IP address, information
about the mobile device from which access is made, etc.
When using the Application, the following information may be requested and
received:
1.2. Information about the User.
When creating an account and/or registering, «Ludito» requests information
about the user, for example, full name, gender, date of birth, and phone number.
«Ludito» may also ask for additional information.
In some cases of using the additional functionality of the «Ludito» application,
the User's contact details information (phone and/or address book, contacts
stored in the mobile device) can be obtained.
1.3. Mobile Device Information.
«Ludito» application collects data about users' mobile devices, such as the
model of the mobile device, the version of the operating system, unique device
identifiers, as well as data on the mobile network and mobile phone number. In
addition, the device IDENTIFIER and mobile phone number may be linked to
the User's account.
1.4. Information about the location.
The application services that support the function of the geographical location
of the User's mobile device allow the «Ludito» to receive information about the
User's actual location, including GPS data sent by the mobile device.
1.5. Information about the activity in the games of the «Ludito»
application.
When users play «Ludito» games, data is collected on the number of points
scored in the game, the length of game sessions and other information related to
the abovementioned operations. Apple Inc. and Google are not related to the
raffles in any way!
The information received by «Ludito» from the User can be used by «Ludito» to
provide the User with personalized services for target advertising of «Ludito»
partners within the Application, for statistical and research purposes as well as
to improve the Application and related services of «Ludito».
When handling users' information, «Ludito» complies with this Privacy Policy
as well as the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the norms of
international law.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy:
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – personal data processing by
means of computer technology.
2.2. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions
(operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of
such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization,
accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), extraction, use,
transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion,
destruction of personal data.
2.3. Mobile application – software designed to work on smartphones, tablets
and other mobile devices, developed for a specific platform (Android, iOS,
etc.).
2.4. User – any visitor of the «Ludito» application.
2.5. Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a
specific or identifiable User.
2.6. User information – personal information that the User independently
provides to the «Ludito» when creating an account, registering or adding a
phone number, such as full name, gender, etc. as well as information gathered in
the process of using the Application (data on the number of game sessions and
points in the leaderboard); as well as automatically transmitted data gathered in
the process of using the Application, including, but not limited to: IP address,
information about the mobile device from which access is made, etc.
2.7. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data
to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.
3. Providing the User's information to third parties
«Ludito» does not transfer the information received from users to third parties
except for cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan or the ones arising from the technical features of the services
provided to the Users through the Application. At the same time, persons who
lawfully receive information about Users due to the technical features of the
services undertake to comply with this Policy as well as the norms of the current
legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international law.
4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is available for you to read in
the mobile application «Ludito».
